Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the syntraq.cyou website and any quotes or services we provide.

Quotes & scope

All quotations are estimates based on provided information. Final scope, colours and finishes will be confirmed in writing prior to work. Unexpected repairs may be quoted separately.

Payments

Deposits may be required for materials. Balance due on completion or per agreed milestones. Late payments may accrue statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 14 days of accepting a quote for consumer contracts. After this period, reasonable costs incurred may be charged.

Warranty

24‑month workmanship warranty covering peeling, blistering or flaking due to our work, excluding underlying moisture/façade issues and external damage.

Liability

We carry public liability insurance of £5 million. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.

Governing law

England & Wales law applies. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
